Golfers: Please reserve Monday, July 31, 2017, to join the Bread of Life Annual Golf Tournament at Mount Hood Golf Club. The event features prizes, gift certificates, and raffles to benefit the less fortunate in our local communities. 

The tournament begins with a complimentary breakfast at Mount Hood, and will be followed by a great dinner at Montvale Plaza. The cost is $135 per golfer, which includes golf, cart, awards, and the dinner.

Mount Hood Golf Club, 100 Slayton Rd, Melrose, MA
Montvale Plaza, 54 Montvale Ave, Stoneham, MA

When:
8:00 am – Registration and breakfast at Mount Hood
9:00 am – Tee off
3:00 pm (approximately) – Dinner at Montvale Plaza

Cost:
$135 per golfer; $25 dinner only

• $2,500 – Tournament sponsor: golf cart flags with company logo (includes four golfers)
• $500 – Ten named sponsor opportunities
• $200 – Two-year tee and/or green sponsor
